The room and the customer service were good, but the AC was set to auto and kept cycling between hot and cool, making the room uncomfortable. We sweated, refreshed, and called the service desk, but they said they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there.

I never received the room I paid for, asked for a refund, left, and got nothing back.
I couldn’t get the Wi‑Fi.
It’s unusual for Booking to offer hotels with hourly rooms; one section of the hotel rents rooms by the hour. The shower is very uncomfortable, the water jumps from very hot to very cold, and it doesn’t let you bathe comfortably.
