We love it here — the location is GREAT! Right in the middle of Batam Center, and even going to K Square doesn’t feel far. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the taste was fine too. Overall, we’d definitely come back and stay here again!. Our room was a Family Deluxe, which was spacious and okay but could use a few repairs (dry string in the toilet, bathtub closure, and the switch between shower and bath)

It was my second time staying at the hotel and everything was fine except the water from the bidet spray was too strong, soaking the whole floor; it’s just feedback, not a complaint.

The breakfast was nice and the rooms were big and spacious, but the band played loud music until late on Friday evening, making it very noisy.
