The All‑Inclusive package is very good, though the price feels a bit high. I stayed with my wife and three daughters (ages 6, 4, and 20 months); for the 20‑month‑old they charged an extra room, which seems unfair, but everything else was fine.

Honestly, everything at the hotel was perfect: the food, the facilities, the staff, the room—no complaints. My family had a great time; the kids loved the connection between Panaca and the hotel. The pool really surprised me because it’s truly family‑friendly, with the right depth for children and us parents; we’ll definitely return.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The best part is Don Luciano’s service when it comes to milking cows and feeding the goats. Everything is perfect.

The room was fine. The cleaning staff arrived very late; I left a ticket at 8 am to fix the room, but when I returned at 3 pm it still wasn’t done, so I was left without a repaired room.
