“Worst Hotel”
Everything was worse than expected, nothing to like. When I booked, the app showed a total of Rs. 1469, but they charged me Rs. 2500; when I protested, they said I’d have to pay Rs. 2500 to stay. I have many languages, so I can’t travel anywhere at that time. I’m deeply dissatisfied because this happened a second time when I used your app to book a hotel. I’ll share all the stories on social media if you don’t take action against those two hotels.

The room had a bad smell. The balcony was covered in mud, water, and mosquitoes. If you order food from the hotel, it takes an hour for one order; instead, you can get food from the roadside. They also don’t know how to talk to anyone. Don’t pay before checking in. I recommend not booking this room; a hostel room is better than this property.
I couldn't locate the hotel, OYO didn’t help, and the hotel’s contact wasn’t provided; I was stuck until midnight because of this.
