The location was unbeatable, the staff were fantastic, the pool looked gorgeous, and security—especially David—went above and beyond to meet our needs. Nothing else could be said.

The place sits right beside Lleras Park, so every bar, restaurant, pharmacy, ATM, and convenience shop is practically on hand. Breakfast was superb, served by a friendly, attentive crew, and the reception team—especially Anderson at the front desk and Santiago who helped us with our luggage—were outstanding and made us feel truly welcomed. The rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool offer stunning views, and the gym is top‑tier. The only downside was running out of toilet paper in the bathroom on our second night; an extra roll would solve that.
