“Nice Resort! Keep it going.”

JAZ Elite Resort is a spacious, beautiful place that I really enjoyed, especially its white, clean beaches where no local vendors bothered us with sales pitches, letting us relax fully. The food was excellent, offering a wide range of consistently high‑quality dishes. We used the PADI dive centre, Scuba World, and had two fantastic boat dives with knowledgeable, professional instructors; the RIB boat trip added a special touch to the experience. The SPA was well equipped and staffed by highly professional staff, making it a great spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with housekeeping cleaning twice a day—a nice touch. The reservation system for the à la carte restaurants was a bit complicated at first, but we managed to dine at every place during our week, which was worth it. The staff’s attitude stood out: from security and housekeeping to entertainment, restaurant staff and management, everyone was friendly, helpful, approachable, and genuinely eager to assist. In short, JAZ Elite is a welcoming, well‑organised resort that meets guests’ needs. On a constructive note, the dishes at the restaurants were sometimes served too quickly; a slower pace between courses would improve the dining experience, and we’ve already shared that with management. The hotel transfer, outsourced to a third‑party company, felt somewhat pricey; we think a more reasonable price between the current rate and a competitive market price would be better.

“Excellent all round.”

The hotel’s design is beautiful, with thoughtful details everywhere. The pools are excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, secure, and cool. The all‑inclusive food options are very good, with a variety of a la carte restaurants you can book and a buffet that changes daily, so you never get bored. A minor issue: other guests often reserve sun loungers all day and don’t use them. It’s frustrating, and it seems to happen everywhere. I think staff should remove towels from loungers that appear unused for a while to allow others to use them. It’s a bit irritating to arrive at the pool and find all the beds taken while less than half the people are actually using them.
