It was close to Apollo Hospital, which was why I chose this hotel; it was clean and well‑maintained, but the cleanliness was only okay and the staff was not what I expected; they wouldn’t accept my Visa or Master cards, and at 08:00 I was called to ask if I wanted to stay or not, even though I had already communicated my preferences.
The breakfast was bad and only suited Indians, not Arabs.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was terrible, the room was clean and nice, and apart from soap there were no other bathroom amenities; the location was good, but don’t expect anyone to carry your bags.
