The hotel was clean, beautiful, and mostly quiet, but it was far from everything…our fault…in the hood.

The staff were very friendly, but someone ran up and down our hallway, knocking on doors at 3 am; it wasn't the hotel’s fault, but it was still annoying.

We liked how clean the room was, but the cleaning crew was extremely loud and rude every morning outside everyone’s doors, with loud laughter and chatter among staff. The elevator made a loud doorbell sound every time someone entered or exited, so you could hear it while sleeping. The bathroom had noticeable water damage around the shower, and the hotel doors were not sealed at the bottom, sides, or top, making it easy to hear conversations outside and let hallway lights shine through.
