I arrived at the newly built hotel around 10 pm after a long day of site‑seeing and was pleased to find the rooms spacious, neat and clean with a lift available. However, the hot water situation was frustrating: the staff explained that hot water is supplied by a solar system that only works in the morning. I couldn’t get a hot shower that night, and the next morning, even at 10 am, there was still no hot water—apparently the solar system was malfunctioning. I ended up taking a cold bath before checking out. For a hotel, relying solely on a solar system for hot water isn’t practical; each room should have its own geyser to accommodate guests’ varying schedules.

The hotel was fine, but my train was delayed by a couple of hours, and the staff kept in touch about my arrival. I’m satisfied with OYO for offering a highly discounted stay in Warangal.
