The only redeeming factor is the location and the staff’s willingness. The room itself is adequately sized, and the breakfast area, though small, is nice and plays good music. The breakfast is satisfactory, which is a plus. The bathroom was probably the worst in any hotel I’ve seen—tiny, the shower faces the door, poorly positioned, and the box floods because the drain is at a higher spot. Even though we were on the 7th floor, the room was noisy, with street traffic all the way through the night, making it hard to sleep; a better insulated window would help. They could also leave more toilet paper in the room, as we couldn’t find a maid to restock. The parking situation is also unsatisfactory: it’s not at the hotel but across the street, and during check‑in getting our bags down was a nightmare because the street parking in that part of BH feels like a “fine” zone—traffic is horrible! There are signs that don’t match reality (a no‑convert sign on the hotel street, but it’s actually allowed). Google Maps is also confusing.
