My stay was a mixed bag - the hotel's facilities and staff, as is often the case in Uganda, were truly fantastic. However, we encountered some issues with miscommunication, particularly regarding the inclusion of meals in our stay. When we checked in, we were told that food was included, but later on, we were charged for it during checkout. To avoid similar misunderstandings, it's essential to clarify and document all agreements with the hotel and guides in writing.
