“Estava tudo perfeito”

The service was good. I liked everything.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is near the airport. The room is comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom didn't meet expectations; although the shower was good, the drain seemed clogged, causing water to rise and look almost like a bathtub.

“Minhas considerações sobre a estadia”

I really liked my stay overall. Every hotel should have a fantastic shower, like the one in the room I stayed in. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the airport. The cleanliness, organization, and harmony of the room items were all very pleasant. I didn't like some missing details during check‑in. They didn't give me the Wi‑Fi password, so I had to go back to the desk to ask. They told me the opening times but didn't show me where breakfast was served. The staff were very kind and polite; however, a few details were missing, but I understand fatigue can make us overlook things, and I had already arrived at the end of the day. It was totally understandable.

“Resolveu meu problema que foi levar minha filha para o aeroporto dormir e volta pra casa.”

Everything was very good. The only issue was the road to the hotel.
