I don’t have anything specific to mention; one room was appropriately sized, the other smaller with a smaller bathroom; we had several problems: we selected a rate that included breakfast but after confirmation it wasn’t mentioned, and at the property we were told breakfast wasn’t included, which was disappointing; there were many mosquitoes in the room, and when we raised the issue the staff advised keeping the fan on because it was rainy season, which didn’t help in the cold weather and no mosquito repellent was provided; we ordered lunch once but didn’t enjoy it and ate outside, and the kitchen staff seemed unappreciative and unwelcoming; the toilet seat in one room was broken and only temporarily adjusted on the second day instead of proper repair; toilet paper had to be requested multiple times through room service; we asked for a bedsheet for the extra bed but it wasn’t delivered to our room and we had to pick it up at reception; the TV was loose and not working, frustrating for the kids; the parking area was small for the number of rooms. These were the main concerns during our family stay.
