“I won’t come again”

I had to use an app to unlock the door at check‑in, and my company phone didn’t support the required app, so I asked for a key card that simply wouldn’t work. The restaurant’s food was subpar and the wait times were long; the waitress didn’t speak English well. Electric cars can’t be charged in the parking lot—you have to go to Q‑Park and pay for parking. The room was very basic and clearly in need of an upgrade.

Breakfast offered a generous variety. The bathroom feels a bit dated but is clean and could use a renovation. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t tidied or cleaned during our stay, a practice that seems to have spread to all hotels since COVID. I don’t need fresh towels or linens every day, but I would appreciate the room being made up and the beds made.

“Lage, Lage, Lage!”

The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly during check‑in. The room was solidly clean and standard, with a really good mattress 😴. However, there weren’t enough towels (just one set for two people) in the room, and the note in the wardrobe about more towels turned out to be false. The reception was also unoccupied when I tried to ask about it, which was a bit inattentive.

Everything was fine. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was varied and high quality, and the room was good—exactly what was needed.
