The facility was clean. We found cups for breakfast, but there was no sink to wash them.
A large, well‑equipped apartment in a central location with a very friendly landlord (it’s still advisable to know basic Italian). If you want to live and experience Naples, this is the right place. Naples, however, has a pervasive litter problem; if that bothers you, consider staying in Bagnoli or Pozzuoli instead. The apartment itself was clean, but every electrician in southern Italy seems to work with goggles on—this doesn’t mean danger, just a bit wild.

We liked the double bed, but nothing else. It was very unpleasant to learn that we couldn't lock the apartment door from inside and we had to sleep with the door open. The owner refused to help and only told us that no one would enter (pointing out that the B&B is in a noisy part of Naples next to the station). Breakfast was included in our stay, but we couldn't even find simple drinking water, only pre‑packed croissants probably bought at the supermarket and a few coffee pods, nothing more. The cleaning lady also threw away my roommate's food and took a binder clip she was very attached to. The towel service was terrible, I found a hole.
