The price was reasonable, the ocean view from the window was superb, the room was spotless, and the location was great for all attractions plus a nice hot spring. The only downside is that meals must be reserved ahead of time because they’re made to order.

I was fleeing a storm and stumbled upon this hotel as I drove toward Choshi. I booked last minute, so no breakfast or dinner were arranged for me. Still, I paid a good price for a sea‑view room that looked out over the Choshi lighthouse, had a comfy themed onsen, and a nice Japanese‑style room. The manager pointed me to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was fantastic! Nothing major to complain about. If you don’t drive, it could be a bit of a hassle to get there, though I heard they offer transport from the nearby train station. Overall, I was happy with what I paid for, even though I missed half‑board.

The hot spring was nice, and I didn’t eat there this time but definitely want to try the meals next visit. Weather was bad, so I’ll go again when it’s sunny.
