The hotel sits right in the heart of old Olbia, very charming with a friendly staff who speak French fluently. Sound insulation is lacking, as in most hotels, and breakfast fell short of expectations. Parking near the hotel for check‑in is impossible, so we had to double‑park, which was a bit inconvenient but not disastrous.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The automatic air‑conditioning has no real off switch. At 8 am most of the breakfast buffet was gone and it took a long time to restock. The worst was the constant street noise: bars with loud music until early, then garbage collection and street cleaning from 4:30 am, and it gets even louder on weekends.

The location close to the old town was great, but getting there by car was a real hassle, especially having to leave the car for check‑in.
