When we arrived at the hotel, we were simply told that our reservation had not been taken into account. That was it. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to find a solution. I was left standing there with my elderly parents, without a room for the night and without any real information about what had happened. Mistakes can happen, even with reservations, and I can understand that. What I cannot understand is the attitude of the staff. The lady we spoke to seemed completely indifferent, as if we were the problem. What was most disappointing was not the booking issue itself, but the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service. A very unpleasant experience that could have been handled much better with a simple apology, some explanations, and an effort to help. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and unwelcome
