The rooms were nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were surprised by a $12/night parking fee – who doesn’t drive a car in this parking lot of a city? And if breakfast is advertised as included, unless coffee counts, don’t count on it.

The hotel and room were good, but I booked for 13 days and kept telling reception the room needed cleaning – it never happened, and every time I called they said they’d let the staff know but nothing changed. On top of that, a $100 security deposit was taken, and after I checked out they pulled $51 from me for no reason, even though the room was spotless – I tried contacting them through the app but they didn’t reply.

The hotel was very good for the price and quality, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was cozy with nice furniture, a very comfortable bed and pillows, and a shower that felt great. The TV was the largest in the world and coffee, decaf, and a soundproof fridge were complimentary. The only downside was the insufficient soundproofing.
