There was nothing good at all; the hotel had no elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up five flights alone, then the staff threatened to revert a room upgrade I’d received unless I cancelled my reservation, apparently to dodge the booking commission, which ruined my peace of mind, and I hope future guests aren’t treated like this.

The room was spotless, the shower was hot, and the mini fridge, kettle, cups, and changing mirror were all in place; the bed was very comfortable. I can't think of any negatives.

The room had just been freshly painted, and the clothes rack and mirror were nice extras; the fridge and kettle were provided, along with body wash and shampoo, and the air conditioning and fan worked well. The shower was hot, and I appreciated having a room without a TV since I don't watch it. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our balcony was covered in electrical wires that frightened us, so we couldn't enjoy it. The accommodation was average.

The air conditioning was good. The location was very noisy, and the door‑closing system was old, forcing me to slam the door to exit; at 2 a.m. that woke me up. The lodging was in a narrow alley near a very lively street. I would not recommend it.
