“Not worth it”

The fridge was good, but the check‑out time differed from what we booked. The hotel was re‑carpeting, so the path to our room was blocked and a strong glue odor filled the building; we are smokers, and when we tried to smoke outside near our room the exit door was broken and we couldn’t enter, forcing us to find another entrance. The fountain wasn’t working, the towels felt stiff, the bed made noise every time anyone moved, and we couldn’t adjust the room temperature.

“Convenient and easy”

I appreciated the separate living room and bedroom areas, but the showers had soap scum buildup, the bedroom door didn’t close properly, the TVs had no Wi‑Fi, and the elevator was noisy.

The room was very nice and I appreciated the Dove toiletries in the bathroom, but the breakfast was a bit light and there should have been a second waffle maker since everyone was trying to use the only one.

The place was clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were attentive; we asked for a shower chair and they responded quickly.
