The staff were consistently outstanding, providing excellent customer service throughout my visit.
We brought our well‑behaved retriever with us and he was warmly welcomed. The parking could be improved.

The location was good, the room was okay, and breakfast was good. Everything looked a bit tired these days.
“Disastrous stay and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody unfortunately”
The location of the hotel was excellent. Booked breakfast and dinner and told that booking in was between 3pm and 11pm. Arrived at 7.30pm after a 3 hour journey to be told that dinner finished at 7pm and I had to still pay for it. The receptionist girl was extremely rude to us which upset my poor wife. Breakfast was 7am -9am. The room was tired and nothing like the images and the food was basic, cheap and cold
