The place is in a good spot, but the experience was disappointing: no heads‑up about parking being closed or a wedding happening, so we arrived exhausted at night and found both problems. We asked for a quiet room, yet we were put near the wedding on the fourth floor, not the highest as the receptionist said. The wedding kept going until almost dawn, ruining our sleep, and with no parking we had to use a spot under someone else’s name; the receptionist promised to call when a spot opened but never did. The room itself leaked water from the shower all the way into the bedroom, a major issue we reported without any compensation. The next day we stayed at Hotel Miraj nearby, where the underground parking was covered, the facilities worked, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The contrast was stark. A hotel’s main duty is to give guests a comfortable place to rest and a good night’s sleep, and this hotel failed on that front. I’d advise against staying here during a wedding, especially with no prior notice.
