“DON'T GO THERE!!”

On the surface, this hotel seemed okay - the wifi was decent, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to the MRT. But scratch beneath the surface and you'll find a whole host of problems. Our room wasn't ready until well after check-in time, and the location felt sketchy. The lobby was tiny, and the room itself was the smallest I've ever stayed in. To top it off, the swimming pool and courtyard were a joke. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

“Please do not send guests to this hotel”

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place was a total disaster. The location was okay, but that's where it ended. The room was tiny, the staff was unfriendly, and the whole experience was just a mess. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

“The stay would have been much better. Manager is to be changed”

The location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the check-in experience was a letdown. The manager seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and all he cared about was taking our money. We had to keep calling him for basic things like linen and water, but he was nowhere to be found. He just took our payment and vanished, leaving us to deal with the rest of our stay on our own. It's a shame, because the location really is great.

“Extraordinary cozy place with access to multiple great location”

I was really impressed with the comfort of the bed and the amazing view from the balcony. The room itself had a really cool vibe to it, and I felt right at home. It's clear that the owners have put some thought into creating a relaxing atmosphere, and it definitely paid off.

I'm still trying to process what happened - we got a lizard in our room and had to check out in the middle of the night. And to top it off, we didn't get a refund. The whole ordeal was just crazy. I've never had a more bizarre hotel experience.
