It wasn’t very expensive, but it looked less pretty than on the photos. There was a microwave, but no mugs or bowls to put inside, so we had to buy our own and couldn’t take them home. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor and there was almost no space to put clothes.

The place was filthy! The toilets were leaking, the sink was rusty, and the shower tap was stuck. The power strip was too short, with only two sockets for the TV (which didn’t work all the time), fridge, or microwave. An exposed heating wire made it unsafe, and the room lock could be opened by hand. Only the mattress was decent, but there wasn’t enough bedding and the bed frame was too light—just sitting on it could break it.

The photos didn’t match the actual place; the shower in the bathroom wasn’t what I expected, and the room had a perfume scent that irritated me.

The service was extraordinary and personalized, but there were no Kleenex available.

The front door didn’t lock properly, compromising security.
