Perfect location for a stopover to or from the south. Friendly, helpful staff and very good dinner, plentiful breakfast. The light over the bathroom mirror was broken, the toilet brush was only half there, and a proper toothbrush holder would have been nice.

We were given a choice of two rooms upon arrival, so we chose the larger one, but it had no balcony, was on the fourth floor without an elevator, and smelled of cigarettes or was poorly ventilated. The large bathroom and air conditioning were good. The hotel definitely does not meet 4* standards; the equipment is old, shabby, and the hotel looks untidy and dusty from the entrance. The room lacked a kettle, fridge, tea and coffee, water, or anything. The shower gel was broken and couldn't be squeezed. We saw a big spider by the window. The furniture looked very old, as if it had been collected from various places. The room was completely different from the photos on Booking. Breakfast – scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes – were all cold because the heater seemed to be off. We arrived an hour after breakfast had started and everything was already messy (shredded muesli and flakes, spilled yogurt…). The staff just ignored it. Coffee in our own pot pleased us, as did fresh rolls. The heated pool was awful; the water was insanely cold, disappointing for children. The “wellness” environment was unfriendly, untidy, and I felt scared there. Absolutely nothing for relaxation. We couldn’t even find the saunas, and I don’t think they exist, given no one was there. The view from the pool of the mountains is a misleading photo, as are the other hotel photos; it really doesn’t look like that. The exercise equipment is from the year 2000, rusty, and none of it worked. This hotel is only suitable for a layover on the way to or from Italy, with no wellness or gastronomic experience.
