Noah spa, spacious room with lake view, comfortable mattress, and filet mignon at the restaurant. The dinner lacked many items on the menu (burrata, Dalmore, a glass of bubbles), and the dumplings were cold. The room had mold under the air‑conditioning unit, between the shower ceramic tiles, and spider webs on the ceiling above the bed. The sliding bathroom door was extremely hard to open when fully closed and almost impossible to lock; sound insulation was poor—one could hear a dog barking from another room, people talking, and doors closing in the corridor. There were no water bottles anywhere, nor were vending machines stocked, and the machines on one floor retained our money. Overall, the hotel feels like it’s on a respirator, and the staff don’t seem happy working there. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Yet the concept and location are great. Too bad.

The room had a very comfortable bed and sheets, a large room and a large shower. The overall décor was nice, and lunch offered good value. There was no soap bar in the room, nor shampoo or shower gel. The staff service was adequate, nothing more.

Expérience extrêmement décevante pour notre famille. Nous avions demandé à l’avance 3 lits pour bébé. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel n’a finalement pu en fournir qu’un seul. Le plus préoccupant est qu’un bébé de 6 mois s’est retrouvé sans solution de sommeil adéquate. Malgré plusieurs relances le vendredi et encore le samedi, aucune mesure concrète n’a été prise alors qu’il aurait été simple de se procurer un lit supplémentaire. La famille concernée a finalement dû quitter l’hôtel avant la deuxième nuit. Par la suite, l’établissement a offert des accès au spa, alors que nous n’habitons pas la région, puis a refusé tout dédommagement financier malgré les démarches de Booking. Pour un hébergement qui accueille des familles, cette absence d’action face à un enjeu concernant la sécurité d’un très jeune bébé est franchement inacceptable
