Hampton Inn by Hilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas

“It was good”

Check‑in was easy, the room was clean, and the air‑conditioning was cool. The ice machines on two floors were broken.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel matched my expectations. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the lady at the breakfast area was sweet and attentive.

“Great Gem of a Hotel!”

Everything was excellent—room clean, bed comfy, staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was generous, with eggs, meat, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, yogurt, bananas, and muffins. The hotel offered free afternoon cookies and snack bags for departing guests. The location was just a few minutes’ drive from the historic bathhouse row, Oaklawn track, and casino. My wife and I will come back; she felt the soak in Quapaw bathhouse helped her joints and skin. Free downtown parking was available on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Exchange Street garage across from Quapaw bathhouse during my stay in Oct 2026, though that could change in the future. Nothing to note otherwise.

Great location, decent breakfast, and helpful staff. A $75 pet fee per night is steep; I’ll look for a hotel closer to $25 next time I’m in Hot Springs. This seems to be a Hilton policy, and it’s not the first time we’ve seen it. For one night it didn’t break the deal.
