The property is wonderful, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The owners are very kind and helpful. This isn’t my first stay at the estate; it’s a unique experience! I’m always very satisfied. You can reach Follonica and the best beaches of the Punta Ala area quickly by car.

I was looking for a place far from the city and close to nature for my holiday, so we landed successfully at Podere Mulinaccio. The silence and unspoiled scenery were guaranteed, and the accommodation had everything needed in a genuine agriturismo.

I arrived and was thrilled, not only by the location, the surrounding nature, but especially by the warmth of the agriturismo owner. The lodging itself was cozy, quiet, well‑maintained and clean. Because of a wildlife incident with my car, I couldn’t check out on time and was kindly allowed to stay until my friends arrived in the evening. All in all, a great time here. I’ll gladly return when I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

“Da rivedere”

The location is quiet. However, there is a large dog present, no refrigerator that can keep things cold, the air‑conditioning is ineffective because the apartment retains heat, and it’s far from the centers.

The property is simple yet well‑kept, set in the beautiful Maremmana countryside. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Silence is absolute here, only the birds, crickets, and cicadas accompany the days. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking relaxation, nature, and tranquility. The view of the hills is wonderful, and in about 30 minutes by car you can reach unique beaches such as Cala Civette and Cala Violina, to name a few. Ideal for a rejuvenating holiday away from crowds and noise.
