“Great location and value.”
The location is convenient, especially for hopping between public baths. The dinners—crab one night and Tajima beef the next—were excellent; highly recommend the dinner. The onsen facilities on the property are not great.
Everything was great: the place was very nice, the staff were pleasant, and the location was amazing. The only downside was that there was no shower in the room; while that might not be a problem in an onsen town, my wife needed to wash her hair and we had to go to an onsen to do so. The hotel does have a shared onsen on site, but it would have been nice to have that option in the room.
“Would not go again”
Not much to say positively. The rooms were very musty, and the yukata in the cupboard had an old musty smell. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the manager was not friendly at all.

Nothing in particular stands out, but it felt like a standard business hotel.
A young lady who helped us was really nice; she cared about customers and even helped carry our luggage when we had to go down the stairs. She was awfully nice. There was nothing to dislike; the hotel met all our purposes.
