The room matched the description and the staff were very friendly. Driving to the hotel isn’t recommended; taking public transport makes the location great. Parking is scarce, with only a few paid spots nearby that charge 10,50€ for a maximum of 3 hours, free from evening to morning. You have to use the parking garage at the station. The beds feel very soft.

The location is great, 550 m to Altona station. We had plenty of space in the room. The staff was always friendly. We booked breakfast, but the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. The benches were uncomfortable. After the first day, the cocoa in the vending machine was empty and when I asked, I was told none were available. Cleanliness was just okay if you don’t look at details. But please clean the windows from the outside; Hamburg isn’t supposed to look that gray 😕 Unfortunately there are no luggage racks in the room.

Excellent location in Hamburg Altona, spacious family room with separate shower and toilet, very friendly reception, good breakfast. Everything was top.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept in a 6‑bed dormitory, and the room’s furnishings and size were excellent. Breakfast was superb, providing everything you need.
