Very pretty, very clean, comfortable. The water heater in the bathroom is an excellent idea. There’s even a fridge that wasn’t unplugged like at other places. A ten! The TV is too high; you break your neck looking at it.

The photos match reality, and the proximity to the metro is handy if you want to move around the area. It would be better if there were a reception instead of a digital entry system; before any doubt you have to keep calling when it’s easier to just give you the code for the lockbox to get the key.
