The resort sits right next to Serenity beach, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the bathroom was poorly maintained; when we arrived the commode seat was displaced and the drain pipe under the washbasin was leaking, so we had to fix it ourselves. Trash was piling up outside the resort and on the beach.

Being close to Serenity beach was a nice part of the stay, but the staff looked unprofessional, dressed casually and not clean shaven, though they were attentive and responded quickly. Language barriers were an issue, and the breakfast was terrible—no tea or coffee was offered.
