The food selection was exceptional, the room was comfortable, and the beach and pools were beautiful. The staff were pleasant and the reception was helpful. The floor in the room can be slippery if the balcony door is open while the air‑conditioning is running.
“Beautiful resort, perfect for families”
I found the hotel in the prime spot of Phuket, right between Patong and Karon beach, and the beach itself is one of the best on the island; the pool is amazing too. The food options are plenty and there’s a clinic on site. Everything else was perfect.
This hotel is outstanding, with a wonderful staff and a full set of amenities. It’s an excellent pick for families traveling with kids.
“Supera cualquier expectativa”
Traveling the world, I think this is the hotel where I’ve felt the best; the pool is wonderfully warm with enough depth to swim, the restaurants are ten‑point quality, breakfast is superb, the staff are excellent, the gym is open 24 hours, and the private beach is fantastic and warm—we’ll definitely be back on 5/8/2026. The only downside is that I missed having turkey at breakfast.
