“Bon emplacement”
The area is quiet, just 50 m from the main road where everything is reachable. The hotel is nice, with beautiful vegetation and the best pool we’ve had in SL. In front of the hotel is a very good family restaurant called “natural.” The maintenance staff seems a bit overwhelmed; they work hard but there are still issues in rooms—wobbly beds, loose screws, door handles loose, sometimes jammed locks, broken exterior lights, the pool trash can not emptied, and the spa’s operation unclear. These details are disappointing for a lovely hotel like Héritage. The restaurant area isn’t highlighted at all, so we always ate elsewhere. In the afternoon the staff was absent when we wanted a drink, which was a let‑down. No one was present at check‑out.
