The location is perfect, right next to all services, the city center, the beach, and the sea metro that takes you to Rome. The room is adequate. The kitchen and dining area are dirty, with a fridge, microwave, and dishes that look unclean; I didn’t touch anything and skipped breakfast because of that. A thorough cleaning is needed. The rooms aren’t soundproof, especially when guests arrive at night and make noise—this is a problem.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering restaurant suggestions and a cheap bus route back to the airfield on his own initiative—truly a kind person. The accommodation, however, wasn’t the cleanest, but for one night it was acceptable.

Clean rooms, the manager was always around and gave me lots of useful tips. I could make breakfast in the kitchen at any time. The shaded garden was quiet. It’s 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes on foot from the station, and the train takes 40 minutes to Rome. Around the area there are bars, restaurants and eateries where you can eat.

Avoid this place – 9 nights from 1‑10 September at Lido Ostia was humiliating. I’ve never been treated like a beggar after paying. The owner, Daniele, was rude. Air was only available in the afternoon/night until 6 pm, during the day it was turned off at 34 °C to save energy, so I threw out food that went bad. Cleaning was never done; they force you to wash or pay extra. The kitchen was dirty, pots were burnt, towels were torn, and the electrical system was dangerous with exposed wires and slippers on the floor.
