I had a fantastic experience here—everything was just perfect.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming, the suite felt ultra‑luxurious, the spa was delightful, and the food was good, but the Wi‑Fi was lacking.

I loved the Beautiful Natura Loft room with its sauna, but a few spots felt a bit worn; still, the hotel was great with tasty food and comfortable rooms.
