The hotel is very close to the city centre, the train station and, in general, the bus station. The price‑value is good, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle for tea or coffee.

The location was good. The room was cleaned in a very demanding way, a pressed pillow was stuck to the wall, and there were more bugs in the room. The bathroom had a musty smell and the walls were damp. The shower had no water pressure. The lamp in the bathroom barely lit anything, so you could hardly see. Breakfast was only until 10 am, but we went at 9 am and still had an hour left. They didn’t serve clean glasses, you had to ask for them, the cold cuts were not replenished, and you had to hunt for plates.

The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. The ceiling lamp in the room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during my two‑day stay. The shower head holder was broken, so I had to hold the shower head by hand while washing. The wall was wet and paint was flaking off. The carpet was stained (old, dried stains). It didn’t justify the price.

The TV was big. There were a lot of tiny black bugs in the room, which was disappointing. The breakfast could have been better with a little more attention, but it was okay. The lift didn’t work, but I assume it was just a temporary glitch.

More like a hostel for young people than a hotel; the breakfast is good and the location is great.
