Francesco is a very good host! He gave clear check‑in instructions, even in video format. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were fully equipped and arranged with love, showing care for guests right away. He always responds to any questions via WhatsApp. The croissants at breakfast and other fresh foods were very tasty, and the coffee machine was great. We had no car and he kindly offered to drive us to the outlet when he was free. Overall, the experience was very good; if we ever visit this area again, we’ll definitely stay with Francesco. It would be nice if the outlet were closer to Francesco so we could walk there with pleasure 😊

“séjour correct pour une nuit”

A one‑night stay that was convenient for shopping at the Serravalle Scrivia outlet. That was the main reason we chose this location; breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional; good Wi‑Fi; only about 10 minutes by car. Francesco, the owner, was very welcoming; the place was quiet; no parking problems outside; for dining we preferred the outlet because of the variety of food options. Overall, the stay went well. We’ll return to Francesco next time we’re in Serravalle. Nothing.
