It was a scam. The person first confirmed my booking, called me up to his property at 12 midnight, and when I arrived he told me it wasn’t available.

The staff was prompt. The washroom was too dirty and the bed linens were dirty.

This place has a great mix of modern comfort and traditional Kashmiri style. The food was a highlight - authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

Echor Srinagar is a beautiful property, and we loved the view of Dal Lake from our room. The local cuisine served at the hotel was delicious, and the rooms were cozy and spacious. We've stayed at multiple Echor Hotels, and Kashmir Holiday Resort was definitely one of the best.
