I booked on 2026‑05‑03 for a twin room at Kounotori no Sato no Yado – Vacation STAY, but the staff, who are an elderly couple, had no idea about the booking system and kept giving wrong info. When I called, they said the twin room was full and offered me a bunk‑room instead, which I didn’t want, and then flat‑out refused a free cancellation. No apology, no email reply, no phone call, no refund—just a total lack of courtesy and human decency. I’m writing this so no one else gets stuck with the same hassle.
