Everything was wonderful! Reception greeted us with Darya, a lovely and very engaged lady who spoke Russian and offered great advice. She upgraded our room category, which thrilled us. From the room we enjoyed a superb view of the city and valley, and the apartment had everything needed for a long stay. The hotel itself is pleasant and beautiful, showing that the owners pay attention to details. There is a covered parking lot, but you can also park on the road beside the hotel. A short 10‑minute walk down the trail takes you into town instead of driving, and the return walk goes uphill, but the path is lovely. Nearby is a lift and many hiking trails; the town is the center of the valley, surrounded by many small, equally interesting villages. All in all, a fantastic place and everything there is superb!

The atmosphere and facilities were good, though it’s a bit out of the way, which adds to the charm. It’s right in the heart of the mountains!
