The hotel was very cute, clean, and the rooms were usable with self‑check‑in; the staff were friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. We stayed only one night but highly recommend it 😊. Everything was perfect.

“Book somewhere else”

The only staff we encountered was a lady who cleaned rooms and served breakfast; she was very kind and tried to help whenever she could, but she didn’t speak Italian or English, making communication tough. Throughout our stay, no one else was present at the hotel. When problems popped up, we called the staff but they were either unresponsive or unable to help. The TV in our room didn’t work because the antenna cable was missing, and that issue never got fixed. One light in our room was broken, and none of the lights worked in the neighboring apartment. The air smelled like an ashtray that hadn’t been emptied for three days, and the sound insulation was terrible—we could hear traffic from the nearby motorway and music that seemed to come from a nearby bar or venue. The lack of staff, poor maintenance, bad odor, and loud noise all made our stay unpleasant.

“Agradable”

The staff were very friendly and pleasant, the breakfast was quite complete and tasty. The place was very quiet and noise‑free. The accommodation was pretty and clean. They don’t have an elevator, but it’s well‑located between Verona and Lake Garda if you’re driving; public transport isn’t very well connected.

Colazione e posizione arredi nuovi e stanza pulita. Mancavano della placche sugli interruttori, da uno di loro, durante la notte partiva una luce che non permetteva il buio totale .per il resto tutto ok. Lo consiglierei
