Hotel Carlton Munich

“I wasn't satisfied with this stay”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room they assigned didn't match the standard photos I saw when booking; I was not satisfied at all. The room itself wasn't tiny, but the bathroom and toilet were incredibly small, with the sink in the room instead of the bathroom. The shower area was cramped, lacking a stall and only a curtain, and the toilet was right next to it. Because of the size, the trash can was under the sink outside the bathroom. The furniture looked old.

The location was good, but the first room had no door to the bathroom and the toilet flush ran all night.

The hotel has great location, easy to walk to many tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini‑fridge, wardrobe, and desk. I found the room a bit compact, and the bathroom box was slightly small.

“Alles super”
