The first time I paid for parking at the front desk and then had to pay again on exit because nobody answered the gate, so I rushed and managed to get through; the second checkout saw my card hit with a 194 zł “mistake” charge, they promised a refund, I called after two days, and only half the amount was returned after five days – I’m heading to Warsaw soon but will definitely choose another hotel, fearing another unexpected charge. Not recommended.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the food was tasty, but the housekeeping never cleaned the room.
