“All in all it was an ok stay but we wouldn’t come again”
I landed in a fantastic spot and the room was big enough for three of us, but the noise was constant. A staff member was rather rude when we asked for extra supplies for the third guest; the front desk said we’d only booked for two. The bar girls were great and promised to get more items, but the supervisor, who had the key, was on her way. When she arrived, she argued that we’d only booked for two, even though I had the emails showing we’d paid extra for a third person. She was defensive and dismissive, and it was frustrating that the staff who show guests to rooms couldn’t access extra items without the supervisor. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the rude treatment made me hesitant to return. We also didn’t know the pub would be closed for food because the kitchen was shut.
