“It was fine, I would probably stay there again and bring my own bottle of water and pillow!”

I found the location convenient, just a stroll to the city center. One morning we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast buffet, but it was a letdown that the coffee was instant; I was surprised to see only instant Nescafe with a plastic spoon, a throwback to the old days. The hotel’s proximity to downtown didn’t help either, as there were no sit‑down restaurants for dinner—only casual spots—despite my 30‑year familiarity with Mexico; I never felt compelled to linger in León. We walked a lot around the center and never spotted a proper dining place. The hotel offered only one bottle of water for two guests, and extra water had to be purchased, which felt unacceptable. The pillows were foam that fell apart into soft lumps, but otherwise everything else was fine.

The place is in a good spot, but it feels enclosed and you have to go through the restaurant to get anywhere.

“Buenísimo!!!”

The location is nice, close to several attractions, parking is available 24 hours, the staff is friendly and helpful, and being on the top floor keeps the noise down so you can relax comfortably; the blinds are completely dark and the cleaning is spotless.
