“A great place to have time to yourself!”
The property and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, and although some reviews mention that it's on a main road and can be noisy, the balcony door seals well, so the noise isn’t a problem. The balcony is the biggest I've seen in Asia. The Aroma café downstairs is a relaxing spot to catch up on emails, and their coffee is greatly appreciated. The young men working there are very friendly and helpful, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The owner was friendly and offered useful advice, and even arranged a taxi back to Colombo. Thank you for such a lovely stay! The only thing that could improve is a kettle in the room, because I wake up very early—just a bit too early 😂.
