Everything there is pretty. The bed is terrible – those box springs have no cushioning so it’s very hard and you fall asleep with your body so stiff. Other than that the room is top, good air, good TV, good bathroom. Since it wasn’t peak season the pool cleaning was a bit lacking.

The hotel's ambiance was indeed lovely, but unfortunately, the service was subpar, particularly when it came to check-in, with some staff members displaying a lack of professionalism and a generally unpleasant demeanor.
