“It was all great. Exactly what I wanted from my stay in Seoul.”
The historic neighborhood was very charming, and the house’s traditional build was well done and cozy. It would have been better if the interior lighting were dimmable or if there were more small lamps.
“Einmal leben in einem echten koreanischen Hanok”
Great location in Seoul’s Hanok district. A very nice little house, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Experiencing life in an authentic Korean house comes at a steep price; in Jeonju you can get the same vibe—though with noticeably lower quality—at just under 20 % of the cost.
“Beautiful wee home.”
The house is absolutely beautiful, and the entrance garden is so sweet. There was nothing I didn’t love.
“很差,沒有性價比,衛生條件差,有蜘蛛網,庭院小不能有韓屋體驗,不推薦”
No positives. Very bad, no value for money, poor hygiene, spider webs, the courtyard too small for a Hanok experience, not recommended.
“I had better stay at other Hankok accommodation.”
The place is fine. The layout was confusing: the kitchen was in the basement, the tea and sleeping area was next to the toilet, and after showering at the end of the day you could easily step on the bedding. We ended up sleeping in the living room. The landlord was worried we had unregistered guests— I was only asking for extra pillows to prop my neck while reading lying down, but that wasn’t possible.
